THE COMPANY

Established by Mr. Artemio Teixidó in May 1952, activity commenced with 4 workers from Riudecols, manufacturing parts for spectacle frames.

The Company commenced as an auxiliary industry in the metallurgy field manufacturing very high quality, high precision, machined parts in series.

The first extension was made at the end of the 50’s, being relocated to the present site and the consolidation of the Company took place in the 60’s.

It was during the 70’s when the first steps were taken in the export markets to face the 80’s with a high level of globalisation in said exports.

Currently around 450 persons are employed, coming from Riudecols and surrounding towns (Les Borges, Falset, Riudoms, Reus…).
